Reporting and Measurement Analyst 2 (Ops Support)

Job Description
  • Responsible to support practice leadership in data consolidation, analysis, and actions to improve & optimize performance to target metrics in the Services business.
  • Generate and analyze demand, supply and utilization reports, take appropriate actions to address issues, policy violations and other items out of sync in order to meet/exceed utilization targets, fulfillment of positions and help maintain bench in a low level.
  • Build reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Analyze and generate conclusions based on reports in order to facilitate decision making and actions from the stakeholders. Make preliminary recommendations on actions based on data analysis.
  • Active participation on the GBS Service Center metrics end to end process.

Skills Required
  • Analytical & problem solving skills. Ability to sport data trends as well as data inconsistencies
  • Ability to draw conclusions and recommendations from data trends & comparisons
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data & reports
  • Excel experience including manipulating spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables and macros.
  • Quick Learner
  • Ability to work flexibly in an environment of continuous change, to set priorities, to take initiative, and to follow through consistently & thoroughly.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally in a highly - matrixed organization as well as to build a network in a large organization to get things done quickly

  • Experience creating and enhancing presentations (i.e., Power Point) particularly involving charts, graphs, and related analysis
